To understand reality is not the same as to know about outward events. It is to perceive the essential nature of things. The best-informed man is not necessarily the wisest. Indeed there is a danger that precisely in the multiplicity of his knowledge he will lose sight of what is essential. But on the other hand, knowledge of an apparently trivial detail quite often makes it possible to see into the depth of things. And so the wise man will seek to acquire the best possible knowledge about events, but always without becoming dependent upon this knowledge. To recognize the significant in the factual is wisdom. My first 2010 Christmas Party

While the rest of the Thai people celebrated H.M. the King's birthday and father's day, some Filipinos in Bangkok added another event to that day and that was our Christmas Party last December 5.

Had it with other Pinoys I met in siampinoy online community and it was good to meet people for real. The highlight was the tasty lechon and gift-giving/exchanging gift. I have to add, the videoke was also one of the best parts. We had fun especially that we love taking photos and being photograph, too. It does happen wherever we are and with Fils. around posing and smiling are always amusing. Here are two of  the photos! :)
